5-Minute Meditation: Active Love

Use this meditation when you are feeling:

Angry
Self-judgmental
Self-loathing
Resentment
Lack of control

 

The person on the other side of the love can be someone you're struggling to forgive, someone you love that you want to send loving energy toward, or yourself.

This is an adaptation from the method taught by Phil Stutz which I learned in his book The Tools
