Ep43: 3 Important Ways to Become Resilient
Once again I'm on the other side of the interview. Please enjoy my conversation with Dr. Mary Sanders from my guest appearance on her podcast. I enjoyed our conversation so much that I wanted to make sure you had easy access to it on this show as well.
Resilience is a deep topic. Resilience isn't about being happy no matter what, or a false positivity when your world is crumbling around you. Resilience is about how to continue to show up, even when the days (or weeks or years) are very dark and there doesn't seem to be an end in sight.
The 3 components of resilience are:
Create a process (or practice)
Gain a perspective
Embrace personal responsibility
