Ep61: When You Feel STUCK

I'm not going to tell you how to get OUT, but how to be IN stuckness by changing the way you think about it. 

Here are the 7 perspective shifts I'm exploring today:

  1. can you let yourself be stuck...for now?

  2. can you remember when you weren't stuck and believe it’s not forever?

  3. can you make a small change (even if it’s unrelated to the area you feel stuck in); are you actually paralyzed because you’re trying to change too much too fast

  4. can you actually do something but you’re afraid?

  5. is it not so much you that’s stuck as it is something you need to say that’s stuck? Where do you feel “stuck” in your body? 

  6. do you know how to get unstuck but you don’t feel like you can? Can you be okay with choosing to be stuck on purpose for now?

  7. do you feel stuck because you are comparing yourself to others?

 

My mantra when I'm stuck: "Please help me be present."

Being stuck is not bad. Use it to clarify where you want to go, lean into gratitude, and claim your autonomy and ability to choose.
